Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wearjanove.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address given after the concern/issue is reviewed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@wearjanove.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

We will work with our warehouse to verify the problem and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to our international fulfillment process and hygiene standards. This includes products returned for personal preference such as size, color, or style, as well as custom or personalized items. Perishable goods, personal care or sanitary items, and any products that involve hazardous materials or flammable substances are also not eligible for return. Gift cards, digital items, and any product marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned either.

Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange system at this time. If you received an item with a defect or issue, please contact us at info@wearjanove.com, and we will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution. For all other cases, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders at Janove are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is sent to our carrier’s warehouse. Once processing has started, we are unable to modify or cancel your order, as it is already in the shipping process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your claim or approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@wearjanove.com, and we will assist you further.
